About the Author
Betsy Lewin has illustrated more than thirty books for children. Recognized for her lively style and whimsical, often comical characters, Betsy says she loves illustrating for children -- that it is how she can best express her love of drawing and sens of humor. Traveling extensively to research the subjects of her books. Betsy and her husband, Ted Lewin, also an illustrator, visit places around the world to observe animals in their natural habitat. This is a good example of an informational book because it tells about the life of a booby bird that lives in the Galapagos Island by Ecuador and also gives information about other animals that live on the island. Media: Water colors
I like Blue Footed Boobies. This book is good it tells about one named Pepe. He is a good bird who has adventures and gets married. I will buy it again because I liked it so much.
