Octavius Winslow, D.D. (1808-1878) was an evangelical leader of the English-speaking world in his day. As a master expositor of experimental Christianity, his writings have always been prized by many. — "None Like Christ" was originally written as a collection of new year meditations for his congregation, and published in 1868; the central theme is Jesus Christ. It is comprised of 90 short pages and contains the following headings: "None like Christ," "The Beloved," "No Glory like His," "No Beauty like His," "No Love like His," "No Saviour like Him," "Cling Closer to Him," "No Teacher like Him," "No Service like His," "No Friend like Him," "Therefore Stand Firm," "Be Faithful to His Word," "Be Spiritually Minded". — Both, Scripture references and a Scripture Index have been added to this version.
