I ordered the book through Barnes & Noble, the only thing is that it was in stock but took 30 days before they shipped the book. I called customer service to know why my two weeks and still wasn't shipped, the representative informed me that the book was out of stock at the warehouse from which my order was assigned but available in other warehouses. She then proceeded to inform me to cancel my order and "HOPE" that it would be assigned to a different warehouse. I have been a long supporter of Barnes & Noble but after this experience I will have to order my books else where. For a textbook of all things to be delayed like it was, was the worst possible experience because I ordered it in enough time before classes started but was unable to have it for the first half of the semester. I have 8 week semesters so a delay like this costs me greatly. Sincerely a dissatisfied customer...
