I just loved the sound of this plot as soon as I read it. Throw in that it is New Orleans, a place I desperately want to go and it was written by an author I have come to love and I was ready to dive right in. Oh what a little gem My Best Friend’s Mardi Gras Wedding is; I was totally hooked from the first to the last page and I just did not want to put this one down, even when real life got in my way. Veterinarian Victoria (Tori) Kramer is in New Orleans to celebrate Mardi Gras when she meets hot and sexy bartender Josh Landry. Their connection is immediate and they find themselves talking through the night as they get to know one another. Parting after a smoking hot kiss, they agree if they are both single, they will meet again next Mardi Gras. Fast forward 12 months and complications arise when Toni who is in town again for her best friend Andrew’s wedding accidentally kisses the groom to be. Despite her protests that it was an accident, it appears the groom is now having second thoughts about the wedding. Toni turns to Josh to step in and be her devoted boyfriend, a role Josh is absolutely ready for. I loved the characters of Josh and Toni and I particularly enjoyed how much Josh was all in from the first kiss and decided to be celibate until they meet again. Such a caring and swoon worthy man who ticks all the boxes and the love that Josh and Toni share was beautiful to read about. This is a funny, romantic, sweet, steamy story that blew me away. Josh's family is an absolute hoot and I would not mind being a part of their family. I cannot wait to read more in this series and I firmly believe that Erin Nicholas has another winning series on her hands.

ARC for honest review with no compensation received from BookSprout My Best Friend’s Mardi Gras Wedding is book 1 of the Boys of the Bayou series by Erin Nicholas with another hot, sexy bartender!! Josh and Tori met at the Bourbon O bar where he was working during Mardi Gras with nothing but talking and some hot kisses they decided to meet back at the bar one year later if they were both single and still forward one year later...Tori is back in town for Mardi Gras, Josh and her best friend’s wedding as one of the bridesmaids (her BFF is the groom). She heads back to the Bourbon O bar looking for Josh and thinking he’s not working but waiting in the the bar she goes up to him and lays a kiss on him only she accidentally lays one on the groom instead.. The bride sees this and thinks Tori wants to ruin the wedding, the groom is having second thoughts after the mistaken kiss, and Tori still hasn’t found Josh yet... What a rollercoaster ride built with lots of steam, laughter, romance, twists, turns and a fun read!!

Every book that Author Erin Nicholas pens seems to make me smile but this book does more than that it make me oh so happy deep down in my soul. It is like sunshine and roses all inside one book...Kittens without the sneezes (yep I love them but I am highly allergic) but our Iowa Vet Tori loves them and even sexy Gator boy Josh does too. This book so well written it is like a movie without sound: which is awesome for me because i am deaf. I Instant chemistry! Tori and Josh sizzle one weekend then arrange to meet up again one year later if they still think that chemistry is there. You know that saying "like ships that pass in the night".... That is what I was thinking at one part of the book but don't worry fans it all comes out in the Bayou. You will laugh with the family and want to scream at times but most of all you will certainly fall more in love with not just the Boys of the Bayou but the entire family as well.

Visiting New Orleans during Mardi Gras has just been bumped up to the top 5 on my bucket list! Erin Nicholas knocked this one out of the park and continues to amaze me with her characters. The author has a way of drawing the reader into the story and making you feel like you're right in the thick of it all. The instant chemistry between the main characters is intense, but believable and heart warming. The Landry family is filled with such dynamic characters, that the story is worth reading if only just for the entertainment they provide. I can't wait for the next book in the series!

MY BEST FRIEND’S MARDI GRAS WEDDING is the first instalment in Erin Nicholas’ contemporary, adult BOYS OF THE BAYOU erotic, romance series, a spin-off from the author’s BOYS OF THE BIG EASY series. This is bartender/bouncer and Bayou tour boat operator Josh Landry, and twenty-eight year old veterinarian Dr. Victoria ‘Tori’ Kramer’s story line. MY BEST FRIEND’S MARDI GRAS WEDDING can be read as a stand alone. It is not necessary to have read the previous series. Told from dual third person perspectives (Tori and Josh) MY BEST FRIEND’S MARDI GRAS WEDDING follows the second chance, building relationship between bartender/bouncer and Bayou tour boat operator Josh Landry, and twenty-eight year old veterinarian Dr. Victoria ‘Tori’ Kramer. Approximately one year earlier, during the Mardi Gras celebrations in New Orleans, Louisiana Josh Landry met and fell hard for Tori Kramer, a veterinarian from Iowa but a woman who had quickly stolen his heart. With a promise to meet one year later, Tori went home but Josh never forgot about the one that got way. Fast forward to present day wherein Tori has returned to New Orleans for her best friend’s wedding, a return she hopes will reunite long, lost loves. Enter Josh Landry, the man with whom Tori will fall in love. What ensues is the rekindling relationship between Josh and Tori, and the potential fall-out as the New Orlean’s wedding plans spiral out of control. Tori Kramer’s best friend Andrew believes himself to be guardian and protector of our story line heroine. With Andrew’s wedding only days away, Tori begins to fall hopelessly in love with a man she met one year earlier but a man Andrew struggles to accept or defend. Josh Landry knows Tori Kramer is his happily ever after but her best friend Andrew continues to run interference at each and every opportunity. The relationship between Tori and Josh is one of second chances (of a sorts); a rekindling romance between two people separated by distance and obligations. Josh is determined to make Tori his own including proving he is worthy of her happily ever after. The $ex scenes are intimate and passionate without the use of over the top, sexually graphic language and text. We are introduced to a large ensemble cast of colorful secondary and supporting characters including Tori’s best friend Andrew, and his fiancé Paisley, and several members of the bridal party; Josh’s NOLA extended Landry family, friends and business partners: Owen, Kennedy and Sawyer: their father Jeremiah, grandpa Leo, grandma Ellie, cousin Mitch; and Aunt Cora. The world building continued to focus on the building relationship between Tori and Josh; Tori and Andrew’s friendship but also looked at the Landry family dynamics, their friendships, love and loss. I am looking forward to their stories. The family stories are fun and exciting. MY BEST FRIEND’S MARDI GRAS WEDDING is a story of family, friendship, second chances and love. The premise is engaging and captivating; the romance is sexy and spicy; the characters are charismatic, sassy and spirited. MY BEST FRIEND’S MARDI GRAS WEDDING is an energetic and heart warming story.

Sinfully sexy and delightful! With the first book in the spin-off series from her beloved Boys of the Big Easy series, Erin Nicholas brings us a familiar face as the first Boys of the Bayou hunk. Josh has been playing the field with the best of them, but lightening struck last year and he hasn't been able to get her off of his mind ever since. With a cast of family sidekicks, Josh sets out to show her what a great time can be had in the bayou. The story line is humorous, with a whole lot of heart. Great characters! Really enjoyed and can't wait for Owen's story! Bartender Josh Landry wasn't expecting to meet the woman of his dreams while serving her a Mardi Gras drink, but when he laid eyes on her, he knew. She was the one he was destined to be with. Only he lives in Louisiana and she lives in Iowa, and in doubting the long distance thing, she walks away ... with only the promise of meeting at the same time, same place if they're both still single and thinking of each other next year. The time has come ... he's there ... now where is she?? Veterinarian Victoria Kramer is back in New Orleans for her best friend Andrew's wedding, and she can't get the meet up she and Josh planned out of her mind. When she finally gets out of the bride's clutches long enough to make it to the bar they're supposed to meet at, a masked mix-up has her accidentally kissing the groom and mortifying the bride! She needs a man by her side for the rest of these wedding festivities ... even if he's faking it. Operation track Josh down underway!

I LOVED this book so much. The characters were great. Tori reminded me of my brother with her love of animals. I loved hoe Josh accepted Tori for herself quirks and all. I loved Josh's family so much. They were a hoot especially his grandma. This book had me laughing quite often. It has such a nice light fun tone to it. Josh with kittens sign me up please. I don't blame Tori for the way she acted when she saw this because I would have reacted the same way. I would highly recommend this book. You won't be disappointed!

A fun, flirty, steamy read to enjoy at your leisure. Grab your copy today!! My Best Friend’s Mardi Gras Wedding by Erin Nicholas was my first book by this author, it’s also the first book in the ‘Boys Of the Bayou’ series and I was captivated from the very start. It’s funny, witty and had some truly swoon worthy moments. Josh Landry is one hot bartender from Louisiana who met the girl of his dreams one year ago, but after one night together, she left, promising to come back in twelve months if they were both still single. Victoria Kramer isn’t just still single, she’s in trouble and needs help getting herself out of the boiling waters of doubt she kinda threw herself in. She needs a hero, and who better for the job than the man from her secret night of passion last year. Josh is more than up for the job, he’ll let Tori do whatever she wants as long as he gets to keep her for himself at the end of it all.

Erin Nicholas has done it again. The Boys if the Bayou is a spinoff of The Boys Of The Big Easy. Don't worry though, you don't have to have read any of the 'Big Easy' books to live this one. Tori came from Iowa to New Orleans last year to visit her best friend, Andrew. When Andrew gets caught up in what his girlfriend, Paisley, wants to do, Tori is left on her own. It's Mardi Gras. She wanders into a bar and is immediately attracted to the hot bartender, who starts flirting with her. They make a connection and agree to meet up at the bar in one year, if they are still single and interested. Josh is a bartender who also runs a swamp boat tour company with his family. He is struck by how beautiful and special Tori is. When they make the agreement to meet up at the bar in a year, Tori is all Josh can think about. On the year anniversary, they are both eager to meet up. But when other people and the Mardi Gras crowd seem to conspire to keep them apart, will they be able to find each other and continue where they left off? This book has it all; sexy Bayou boys, hysterical family members, meddling friends and a ticked iff bride and wedding party. The characters are well written, even the bad guys. Part 1 of the Boys of the Bayou (and off shoot of Boys of the Big Easy Series) this book can be read a standalone (but really recommend that you get all the books in the previous series just because they are amazing reads). I like books with alternating POV's and in this one we start with Josh's and boy it is so easy! to fall in love with him, from just strolling down Bourbon and taking pictures of rowdy tourists he is so endearing but then when you realize why he is taking this stroll for the 4th time that day well SWOON, people, SWOON. Tori, is a sweet, small town vet back in NOLA for her friend's wedding. When Josh and Tori meet up again and continue their encounter from the past, well hold on to your beignets! It is sweet, hot and sexy. The dialogue is snappy, Josh's family are a hoot and Josh and Tori's road to their HEA is paved with lots of good times!

My Best Friend’s Mardi Gras Wedding is my new favorite book from Erin Nicholas. I haven’t fallen in love with a book series since her Sapphire Falls series concluded. I will definitely be reading this one over and over again! Tori is a small town veterinarian from Iowa and Josh works two jobs in New Orleans. It is love at first sight for the duo. They met while Josh was bartending on Mardi Gras. It would take them a year for them to reconnect. They have some obstacles to overcome along the way but they eventually figure out that they are better together then hundreds of miles apart. I’m not quite sure how she does it, but Erin Nicholas writes characters that keep getting hotter and hotter, particularly male leads! How can you not love a sexy, alpha man who meets a woman on Mardi Gras, spends a few hours (and a few smoking hot kisses) with...and then waits for a year to (hopefully) see again a year later!? Where does a girl find that guy, because that is the one; the alpha who isn’t afraid to be the beta for the right girl. Josh and Tori are such a great match! I love her boldness in tracking down Josh when their meet-up turns into not only a miss, but an oops when Tori accidentally kisses her best friend (and the groom of said wedding!), mistaking him for Josh! And the fact that Josh is so open and excited that not only did she come back, but that she didn’t forget him either! Que the sighs, ladies! Josh’s over-the-top family provides a ton of laughs and heart to this read, while Tori’s bff Andrew and his high-maintenance, spoiled fiancé Pailey add enough drama that I wanted to throw my dreaded across the room! Super hot, super sweet and all around fantastic...I can’t gush enough about this first Boys of the Bayou book!

If you are looking for a read that will make you laugh, touch your heart and make you swoon, you can stop looking, because this book delivers all three. A well written, fun story is combined with a lovable cast of characters to create a delightful read. Tori and Josh will quickly pull you into their world and have you actively rooting for this couple. Josh was simply amazing. A genuine good guy, he is filled with charm and is smoking hot! Tori was smart, kind and quirky. Their chemistry was atomic and the pull between them so easy to feel. A truly wonderful book that offers humor, strong emotions, steam, sweetness, family and romance all rolled into one perfect package! I'm really looking forward to the next book in this new series.

Josh and Tori’s love story in My Best Friend’s Mardi Gras Wedding by Erin Nicholas, book one in her Boys of the Bayou series, grabbed me and didn’t let go from the moment I read page one. We have Josh Landry, the hottest part-time bartender and player wanting every visitor to love his home state of Louisiana. Once he meets Tori and shares only goodnight kisses he knows he’s met the one. Before she went home to Iowa, they made a promise to meet up again next year if they’re both interested. Here it is a year later, during which time Josh was celibate, waiting to see if she returns to New Orleans. Oh boy!! Tori returns, hoping to meet up with Josh again, not having forgotten him, but she’s there’s for her best friend’s wedding; only problem is her best friend is a guy and the groom. Reaching the bar, hoping to find Josh she accidently kisses her best friend, the groom, thinking he was Josh. However, no one believes it was really a case of mistaken identity and that she’s there to ruin the wedding. Her solution, find a crazy-about-her boyfriend ASAP. Even if he is just faking that he’s into her. There’s only one other person she knows in Louisiana, not that Josh needs to be pretending. Josh is all in. In fact, he’s thrilled. The problem is the groom is suddenly overprotective of Tori, not wanting her to fall for Josh and spend time with him. This sudden case of cold feet is not looking good for Josh’s chances to win over Tori or the wedding to take place. This book contains a cast of characters one would only find in an Erin Nicholas story. The Landry family and their bayou tour business is a chance for the Landry boys to meet girls. The Landry men are known to fall in love immediately once they encounter the right one. Yes, right away. I could not believe that Tori’s dad or her bff were embarrassed by her behavior. She was an amazing, passionate person who was never understood. At least until she met Josh and his family; where she fits in perfectly. Choosing between her bff and Josh could have been difficult, but Tori knew which one was the perfect fit for her to spend her life with. In fact, if Tori didn’t want Josh I would have taken him!! Ms. Nicholas wrote a wonderful, humorous, challenging, and sexy story that is not to be missed. This story is filled with sexual chemistry, fun dialogue, and endearing characters. I highly recommend this book to other reader and cannot wait for the next book in the series.

SEXY NOLA BARTENDER meets SMALL TOWN VETERINARIAN!! So much to say about Josh and Tori!! What a great start to the latest series Boys of the Bayou by Erin. Josh met Tori during Mardi Gras, he's a bartender at the Bourbon O and she's a vet from small town Iowa but somehow the connection and heat is there from the moment meet. Despite that hot chemistry, Josh sends Tori home with a steamy kiss and the promise that if they still are thinking of each other one year later they will meet at the same bar, and take that attraction to the next level... One long year later, Tori makes her way back to New Orleans and Mardi Gras, this time for her best friends wedding, which she doesn't want to be part of. So to escape the wedding festivities and horrendous bachelorette party, she sneaks off to find the man she hasn't stopped thinking about everyday for a year. She finds her way back to the Bourbon O and as a result of a case of mistaken identity, which resulted in a kiss with her best friend, the groom, she has to prove to her best friend and his bridezilla that she isn't out to ruin their wedding or break them up. After the horrible mistaken kiss and finding out Josh no longer works at the bar, she sets off in a search to find the man she does want to kiss! Which leads her to the bayou and the wonderfully, crazy Landry clan! Meanwhile, Josh, who has remained celibate for that full year because his mind is filled with Tori, has moved on to a new bar, Traherns, far down from Bourbon Street, where he is supposed to meet up with Tori. He makes his way down to the Bourbon O four times in his quest to meet up with the woman who has held his thoughts and heart for the past year. After several delays he finally makes it, but due to the Mardi gras crowds he missed her and thinks she didn't show up. Josh is surprised and beyond happy when Tori shows up in his Bayou, and all his crazy relatives are there to witness the reunion with the woman he has been mooning over for a year. Tori asks Josh to be her date for the wedding and to act like he's crazy about her to prove to everyone she isn't lying and that she isn't out to ruin her best friends wedding. He agrees, with the intention of winning her heart because he isn't faking anything when it comes to his feelings for Tori. Tori can't believe she's finally found a man who accepts her for all her weirdness and allows her to just be herself, she's never had that with anyone. Josh loves every quirky little aspect of Tori's personality and encourages her to just be herself. When Tori's best friend tries everything he can to split them up, Josh is just as determined to show her they belong together. You'll learn to hate her best friend and his bridezilla, but Tori and Josh will make you laugh, smile and you'll even learn a few new words courtesy of Grandma Ellie! As always when reading a book from Erin, I know it'll be fun, I'll have lots of laughs and most of all I know I'll find the steamy hot chemistry, and tons of romance too! You won't want to miss this one!!

When Victoria (Tori) Kramer, a veterinarian from Iowa, met Josh Landry, a bartender at Bourbon O’s in N’Awlins, neither of them expected the sparks they experienced that amazing night during Mardi Gras. They both felt something, but knew there was no way it could go anywhere because of the distance, life, and responsibilities. So Josh asked Tori to meet him the following year if they were both still single and still interested. “We’ll give it a year. And then, if we’re still thinking about each other and want to see each other again, we’ll both show up at Bourbon O on Mardi Gras. If we’re both there, we’ll know.” Thankfully Tori’s best friend, Andrew, was getting married that week…putting her right in the city where she needed to be…but unfortunately, this also meant standing as a bridesmaid for “Princess” Paisley…Andrew’s fiancée who doesn’t like her and doesn’t want Tori near him. “I think she represents everything easy and familiar to him.” I love the flashbacks to a year ago… “Free three sips of a drink. Fifty-cent payment for the advice to stay the hell away from N’Awlins boys who drink too much bourbon and barely recognize nice girls anymore.” “You think I’m a nice girl?” “I definitely do.” One of the things I love about Author Erin Nicholas’s writing is the way she makes you feel like you are right there in the book. The scenery, the descriptions of everything, and the characters are just…PERFECT! I freaking LOVED Josh’s family and their conversations! Ellie chuckled. “And she clearly has good taste.” “I’ll bet she does,” Owen said, waggling his eyebrows. “Uh, no,” Josh said. “No, she doesn’t taste good?” Owen asked. “I don’t believe it.” “No, YOU are not going to be thinking about how she tastes,” Josh said. My Best Friend’s Mardi Gras Wedding, Book 1 of the Boys of the Bayou series, will keep you up all night because you will not want to put it down! This is an INCREDIBLE book with lots of humor, love, lust, heat, heartbreak, family, and a fun and fantastic storyline!!! EASY 5 star rating for me! I can’t wait for Sweet Home Louisiana, the next book in the series! So until that releases, you REALLY should read this one!

Every time I pick up a new Erin Nicholas book, I know I'm going to have a new favorite story, a new keeper, a new book boyfriend, a new "you've GOT to read this!" My Best Friend's Mardi Gras Wedding is no exception. Victoria Kramer, known to her friends as Tori, and Josh Landry meet in a bar during Mardi Gras. He's been working as a bartender, she was there to kill some time before she returned home from vacation. They enjoyed a couple hours of conversation and a sweet kiss, neither wanting to admit that the intense connection they shared seemed way too good to be true. Tori is typically not one to throw caution to the wind in matters of the heart. But Josh, not wanting to completely lose the chance to build on this never-before experienced click, asks her to consider meeting him in a year if they haven't forgotten about the other before then. It's a little bit An Affair to Remember, right? Especially since a year later, Tori's back in New Orleans because her best friend Andrew is getting married. For Tori, it's given her a reason to be back in town. And due to some crazy pre-wedding chaos, she needs to produce a boyfriend who's absolutely head-over-heels for her. Josh? He's fully onboard with this plan. Erin Nicholas writes the stories we all want--they remind us of how incredible it is to find the one--someone who gets us, who sees all the quirky parts of us that others might want to smooth over or hide, but this person TREASURES. Nothing is as satisfying as that--having that sense of knowing and being known and found precious. Ms Nicholas writes this beautifully. Tori and Josh are definitely quirky and fascinating. They are also real and vulnerable and appealing. We get to know them and their family and friends. And we get to see how when we are willing to let down our walls, magic truly happens. Another strength of Ms Nicholas's writing is how the couple is part of a strong, loving community. Josh and Tori are surrounded by friends and family who are both the best and occasionally worst things about not being alone ;) These people are funny, persistent, insightful, and sometimes just plain annoying, just like the people we love best and who love us best. Ultimately, this is one wedding not to be missed. And I cannot wait for my next visit to the bayou, where we get to spend a little more time with the Landrys. Here's hoping we'll get to visit with Grandma Ellie and Grandpa Leo again! ;)

Somehow I always forget just how good Erin Nicholas books are until I start another one. Ms. Nicholas just whaps me upside the head with how wonderful her stories are! This story is steamy, it's romantic, it's laugh out loud funny and just so much fun to read that I could have stayed in the world of Erin Nicholas forever! This is the first in a new series (even if it is a spin off), so how can ALL the characters be so well developed that you think you actually know them? Josh's family is so extremely eccentric that you have to believe in them, because everybody has somebody that strange in their family (I'm not naming names). His siblings are pains in the butt, but family non the less. Tori has plenty of her own quirks. She is a gaga for animals person. She's a vet now, but boy did she do some things she shouldn't have in her past to get back at people if they weren't kind to their animals. Then there's the bride and the groom. Don't even get me started on the bride! This book was a whirlwind of happenings and feelings that leaves you happy and wanting more of the Boys of the Bayou! I was given a complimentary copy of this book via Booksprout. I am voluntarily leaving a review.

Tori Kramer is a verterinarian from Iowa. Her first visit to New Orleans was a short weekend where she ended up in the bar where Josh Landry was tending bar. They felt a connection with each other but Tori was soon heading home to Iowa. Josh knows Tori isn't a "one-night-stand" kind of girl so he knows he doesn't want to try to take that route with her. Instead they strike a bargain - they agree to meet again at Mardi Gras the next year. If they both show then their connection must have significant meaning. Now it's one year later and things are a little more complicated than expected. Will Tori and Josh find happiness? My Best Friend's Mardi Gras Wedding by Erin Nicholas is the first book in her new Boys of the Bayou series and WOWZA is she ever kicking off this series with a real blockbuster. Tori and Josh are very likeable characters with lots of chemistry. I love how the author brought out their true personalities and let them discover the real Tori and the real Josh. Getting to meet Josh's bayou family was fun and good for lots of smiles and laughs. This is a sexy, hot and most definitely fun read. A real make you feel good story!

Awesome start to the Boys of the Bayou series! It made me laugh, cry and swoon. Josh Landry is a bartender in Louisiana and Victoria "Tori" Kramer is a veterinarian in Iowa. They meet in New Orleans during Mardi Gras and decide to meet up again in a year if they are still single. Tori comes back for her best friend's wedding. There is a mistaken identity mishap with the groom and Josh comes to the rescue. What happens and will Josh and Tori get their Happily Ever After? I loved that Josh lets Tori be herself and doesn't try to "contain" her like others have. Josh's family is the best! Now I'm eagerly waiting for Owen's book I highly recommend this book to anyone who loves a hot small town romance with lots of heart. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Tori is wonderful. Her free spirit and willingness to boldly stand up for the underdog is refreshing. She became a vet because she loves animals and we learn that people in her life made her feel like she shouldn’t be as carefree with her actions. On a trip to New Orleans, she meets Josh at Mardi Gras. He is the sexy bartender that she thought she might have a one-night stand with but Josh surprises her. They have a great two nights talking and a promise is made to meet next year at the same bar at Mardi Gras. That fateful night returns and Tori ends up kissing the wrong guy which sets off a lot of craziness. She hunts down Josh to be her date at her best friend’s wedding which allows her to meet his amazing family. Josh can’t believe Tori wasn’t there but then she shows up on his dock. He will do anything to spend time with her so acting as her boyfriend is not a hardship. Getting to know Tori is his mission because when a Landry man finds the ‘one,’ they fall hard and Tori just might be the one. What a fun and sexy romance for Tori and Josh. The Landry clan is a loyal and crazy fun crew that anyone would be lucky to know.

You guys....just wait until you read about Josh and Tori. I didn't put this book down...I started and finished it in one long sitting! When I say this story is's Bayou in summer hot. Josh meets Tori at the bar he works at on Mardi Gras and there is an immediate connection. After some steamy kisses, Josh reluctantly sends Tori back home but tells her that if she still thinks about him and wants him after a year that they should meet back at the same bar on Mardi Gras. Well of course Tori can't stop thinking about the hot bartender. But when she goes back to NOLA for her best friends wedding, she gets to the bar and....misses Josh. But she doesn't give up and tracks him down. And he still wants her...bad. When she needs a date to the best friends wedding, Josh is more than happy to step up. And this is where they really get to know one another and form their relationship...and of course, fall in love. My Best Friend's Mardi Gras Wedding is CLASSIC Erin Nicholas. If you loved her Sapphire Falls and Billionaire's series, I promise you will love the Boys on the Bayou! 36 likes

Welcome to the Bayou!!! Woo Whee!!!! Another awesome series from Erin Nicholas with a few familiar characters in the mix!! Josh and Tori start the series. It’s a love at first sight kind of thing…but they decide to give it a year and see if the feelings are still there or if it is a fly by night deal. Sure enough, enough crazy family members, a stuffy wedding party, a BrideZilla and some very special needs animals add the humor that we love to read. So the love story is there, the steam is there but the set up for a new series in an unusual location on the Bayou is definitely right on track. Can’t wait to see how this all plays out!!!!
