I thought this book was excellent. It was very well written and organized, and Bobby Bowden fills it with many personal experiences and anecdotes as he explains the steps he's taken his whole life, and the steps he takes today, in being a successful leader. The book is extremely motivational and gives great insight into leadership on both a professional and a personal level. I can not say enough about this book.

You do not have to be a football fan to enjoy this book and to learn from it the common sense, 'Golden Rule', way to lead people. Good, old-fashioned values and ways of respectfully working with people never go out of style.

I loved this book. Great for learning how to use common sense in managing others in the workplace.
