I first heard about Brad last year from seeing his products at Whole Foods. I have been a fan ever since, and was excited to hear he had a book coming out. I have been wanting to try a raw lifestyle for a few years, and this book is making the transition very simple and enjoyable! From hearing Brad's story, to the easy recipes, to the helpful tips, this book has it all. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to live a healthier lifestyle!
The first time i glanced thru this book i was intimidated..but i bought it, read it and realized its the best guide for making the transition to a raw lifestyle! He gives you information, a transition plan, a full 8 week (day by day) suggested eating plan AND delicious recipes!! If you're looking to start adding in more raw foods or need help making the transition, he gives you all the resources you need. Based on his own 80/20 lifestyle he gives you some cooked food recipes as well, all to help you adapt to eating & feeling better. I have found this book really helpful in my own journey to raw...definitely recommend!
