This is because you are the one baking your bread meaning you know and you have full control over the ingredients you are putting in it. Two, bread baking at home is cheaper. This is because you are not baking for profit and since you have full control over the ingredients, it is up to you to decide whether to use expensive ingredients or not.

Break Baking For Beginners: Break Baking Cookbook is a very informative, well-written book that will make your mouth water for some of that delicious, freshly-baked bread. Previously, I've only ever made bread in an actual bread making machine. The information in this book has made me a believer, that I can really make bread all by myself, without the bread maker. The recipes are self-explanatory, and make a beginner feel at ease with the ingredients and directions. I love the recipes for Dinner Rolls and Quick Yeast Bread Rolls. I never realized it was so easy and those recipes will be my new favorites! I'll be making family and friends events out of using this book and making fresh bread. What a way to get back to those close times with your family and friends because who doesn't love freshly baked bread/rolls?! I'm loving this book and I highly recommend it to absolutely everyone!
