Jillian Dodd has yet to disappoint me with her books. I just love her writing style and how she pulls you into her books. Once I start I can never put the book down until I have finished. Palmer and Cade's story takes you on a roller coaster ride of emotions and makes you want everything to work out for them. It keeps you wanting more and the book also keeps you wondering what is going to happen next. I loved hearing tidbits about Cash and Ashlyn's story as well! This was a great book!

I absolutely loved this enthralling sequel to Vegas Love. Though I didn't get the chance to read that novel, I could already tell that I was going to fall in love with the Crawford brothers. Then again, I realize that is what majority of the authors want to do with their male and/or female counterparts. In this book, you will only fall in love with the story because although it seems unrealistic on my end, I am sure it happens. Anyways, this book was a beautifully written second chance love story and although the concept usually makes me sick to my stomach, Broken Love really does show you that love truly exists and it will prevail. The wedding of a lifetime will bring them back together but it wasn't just that. It was almost everything in the world was pointing to the other person. The fates have spoken. Anyways, this book was an official 4.3 out of 5 stars. Blog you later, awesome book nerds.

Awe the Crawford men, such a hot group of brothers. This is Cade. I was kind of lost in the Cade men I really can’t tell them apart so pay close attention or you won’t know which is which. A second chance or maybe a third. Tiny misunderstandings blew it all apart. But love always wins. Falling for you best friends sister is never a good thing but the heart wants what it wants even if everything implodes when secrets are revealed. Plus business never mixes with pleasure especially when promises are made. Healing takes time and time gives maturity. “My mother says love is based on strong emotions and that strong emotions polarize us. That’s why I can both love Palmer and hate her at the same time. And right now, I hate that I still love her.” The chemistry between Cade and Palmer is off the charts. See the past, live the present, awe at the future. “Palmer, I’ve been in love with you since you were fifteen. Not even a curling iron to the head could stop me. I’ve never felt happier in my life than I do in this moment.” Witchy Richey's Booktastic Reviews

Broken Love combines two of my favorite tropes: second chance romances and older brother’s best friend. I have an older brother so that probably explains my draw to these types of romances. I crushed on a lot of his friends and dated a few too. Broken Love made me giggling and there a few times I teared up. And while there is some drama, I didn’t find it overly angsty. It was a really sweet romance about an epic love. One of those once in a lifetime loves once shattered that gets put back together again. It was the perfect rainy day read. I loved Cade. He was hot, romantic and a little bit alpha. Everything a girl could want in a guy. He’s definitely a new one to add on my list of favorite book boyfriends. Despite having the commonality of being a younger sister in common with Palmer, I found it difficult to connect with her. But it didn’t keep me from enjoying the story. I absolutely loved the crap out of her assistant though. Tory was awesome and every word out of her mouth seemed to make me laugh. And Pike’s point of view throughout the story really did help round it out. I’m definitely going to go back and read Cash and Ashlyn’s story and I can’t wait for rest of the series to come out. This will probably go onto my virtual to be re-read shelf.

WOAH! If you are looking for a sinfully sexy, sweep you off of your feet Summer read, Broken Love is where it's AT!!! GUYS, I was completely taken aback with how much I LOVED this book. I have come to realize that Author Jillian Dodds loves to throw us for a loop with each of her stories. Each of her books have this charm about them, and they also have super rad characters. But mostly, her books are my weakness. Truth...I have learned that I am weak when it comes to her heroes and her heroins. With Broken Love, it's just the same; I was enamored with Palmer and Cade. If you have read Vegas Love, you are somewhat in the loop with Palmer and Cade. You know they have some history and unfinished business. So when I started this book, all I could think about was, WHY? Why are you guys so weird with each other? Why aren't you friends? Why is there such a rift in that relationship? And what is the real true story behind these two? All of these questions ran rampant while I read BL. With Cade and Palmer everything's a tad bit more complex. What I really really loved about BL, was that Cade and Palmer have a story riddled with angst. And why wouldn't there be angst? These two share a big past, HUGE actually. They have the chance to rekindle or destroy their foundation that was already rocked hard. We see these two struggle, fight, win some, and then lose some. This is a trial and error story about second chances at living fully and finding love all over again. Another HUGE hit from Author Jillian Dodds. She knows how to tell a steamy, quick love story. She is the queen of LOVE! With each book her range grows, as do her characters. Each more complicated than the last. I cannot wait to see what her next installment of this series brings; I see BIG things for this next book.
