The amazing life of an amazing man, and his "brothers". He gives credit to all those involved with saving so many lives...

The true stories in this book really kept me reading. I couldn't wait to get to the next rescue swimmer's story. I hope he writes another one focused on recent rescue adventures of the swimmers. These guys are definitly the unsung heros out there that no one notices or thinks about until they are needed. His wife must be awesome to be able to handle not knowing if he would return from standing duty all those years. It was good to read a book written by someone who actually lived & experienced the life & the job, not just interviewed them and passed on the stories.

I didn't understand what truely drove people to risk so much for others until I read this book. This guy has obviously lived it. This is the real deal.

I was very disappointed in the book, I expected it to be a little bit more interesting than what it was
