From the posted discription and online reviews, I thought I was getting a completely different product. This is a book that documents various parts of Bruce Lee's life, but is not by any means a biography. It is not an exercise or fitness book. There are exercises and schedules taken from Bruce Lee's planner, but lists of exercises he performed are pretty useless without graphical discriptions of them. There are a few black and white photos in this book, but taken from various settings, such as his films, or on the film set, and various publicity shots that have been used over and over again. I am sorry that I wasted my money on this book and will probably donate it to the library. It is useless to me.

This book is very informative on how to maintain ones self in the aspect of a martial artist.Bruce Lee studied philosophy,and believed that there was no limits in martial arts. Meaning that he did not believe in conforming to one style. That is why he created Jeet Kun Do. He mentioned in his book that once one has reached his peak level of learning they start back at level zero again.The book also discusses on what his diet was and what kind of exercises he did to be in the shape that he was in.I would recommend this book to anyone who believes in Bruce Lee and or is just curious to learn a little about him.

this book is incredible anyone who is a martial artist or even slightly interested in exercise needs this book. Bruce takes you step by step so anyone can devlop simular but just keep in mind if you want bruce lee like results you gotta put in bruce lee like time.

This book is fantastic! Now I see how Bruce got those amazing muscles. This book teaches you how to develop the muscles of neck, shoulders, back, arms, legs, knees, abdomen, chest, and arm-pit, almost every parts of your body.It even has the ingredients of the nutritious juice Bruce made for himself. This book has everything, and it should be in your Bruce Lee collection.

This book was like gold to me and was exactly what I was looking for. After reading this book my own workout routine has greatly increased. I find John Little's writing to be well organized and easy to understand and I trust him with anything that he has to say about Bruce. There's no doubt that I will soon be buying more books written by John and I suggest any true Bruce Lee fan to do the same.

This is a great book for Bruce Lee fans as well as people who want to get into shape. Tells all of Bruce's exercises and diet. Definite 5 stars.

A truly intriguing, deep look into the methods Bruce Lee used to develop his body. Goes beyond the basics of exercising and gives the reader a greater understanding and appreciation for all the hard work and dedication that was necessary for Lee to attain his level of physical perfection.
