i am very upset as well, i ordered this book new and they only sent me volume 1 even thought it says it is a two-volume set. the representative insisted that it was delivered to my home. This is such an inconvenience.  I've been on hold for 20 mins now. I really hope this problem gets resolved before school starts.

I was very disappointed to find that after I ordered this book new, they only sent me Volume 2 even though it is a two-volume set. They are now sending me Volume 1, but did not assist me in finding a way to have access to book in the mean time even though I need it for my class .

The same thing happened to me! Only got volume 1, make sure you check right when you receive your order that both volumes are included! Trying to do my assigned reading when I figured this out, on hold now!

There is no guarantee you will get both volumes if you buy it used. I went through a whole process trying to get the first half of the book i paid for and they didn't want to help me. when ordering it said i will receive a total of 2288 pages, however i only got half of that (because the rest of the pages were in the first volume that i didn't get). don't waste your time buying it here, even if you buy it new they will still give you problems. When i spoke to a representative she said I would be getting both volumes, then after receiving just one they said there is no guarantee. What a mess.
