"Sex, drugs, and rock and roll" are popularly enthroned as the holy trinity of the 1960s, and we paid them heartfelt homage.
But a dwindling few are still here to remember that those revolutionary times had an important spiritual aspect. The lovely boys and girls, the lovely psychedelics, the lovely festivals -- long gone into memory. Something real remains, as a living thing.
The spiritual side of our lives in those years should be better known, along with the part played by psychedelics in our introspective meanderings.
And it should be better known where that kind of inquiry can lead.
