Nutrition ranks high on the list of importance, especially where body transformations are concerned. Here is where you will write down your nutritional data for that day. Don�t skip this important step. In order to fuel your body properly, you must know what you�re putting in it.
Physical training is where you will log in your workouts. It�s also a good idea to jot down notes to improve your work outs. Was it too heavy, too light, or maybe you need to replace one exercise for another. This will give you the information you need to fine tune your P.T. to give you the greatest impact.
