God Bless DSWA and this book. This book should be considered as the Bible for direct selling. Even though I have only been in the industry for a short period of time, I have learned so much about customer service, selling strategies, networking and business sense in this one book. It is worth every penny. I attended a Direct Selling Women's Alliance (DSWA) sponsored seminar less than a week after purchasing the book and subsequently joined DSWA. I will reference this book for my business as much as I reference the book about life. Thanks DSWA.
