This book is amazing. it has such a great way of defining how Brand Trust and loyalty is established. The way that it is presented is just perfect for an understanding and learning basis. I would recomend this book to anyone whom is looking to further their knowledge in Advertising or is within the Communication field, or just wants to learn massive amounts of good ethics, and ways to be successful. Very well written, good content and just outstanding all around.
