This book has opened my eyes to my disease. I never even thought I had one. When I realized I did, the thought never even crossed my mind that anyone could pinpoint where my bulimia has come from or how to get past it. Now I know I am not alone and I am learning to deal with my emotions in a healthy way. Every time I read this book something touches me and allows me to see a light at the end of the tunnel. I highly recommend this book to anyone who has or knows anyone with an eating disorder.

This book holds nothing back; it is honest and descriptive. It is straight forward and current. It will motivate you to begin your journey toward wellness. It is a must for those who suffer from bulimia and their families who suffer with them.

This book is written by a recovered bulimic and her husband who helped her through her recovery. Chapter one is very informative as it is questions most often asked about bulimia and answers to those questions. Chapter two tells Lindsey Hall's personal story, the following chapters guide the reader through recovery and gives information on how to seek help, there's a chapter for family and friends, a three week program to stop bingeing, and a guide for support groups. I highly recommend this informative book.

this book changed my life. I can't belive that I could actually take control of my disorder. Before I thought that the only solutions were enemas, but now I know. I can overcome.
