Author Jim Johnson has created a no nonsense guide to strengthening your shoulder so you will not have to live with pain and injury. Johnson, a Physical Therapist with over 23 years experience, has developed a plan that works. In his book Johnson discusses how to bulletproof your shoulder by giving your shoulder these four elements: superior joint stability, a solid base of support, flexibility, and the supreme ability to sense the position and movements of your body. Johnson comprehensively details what they are and how to achieve these four necessary components to ensuring your shoulder is bulletproof. Johnson also includes his program complete with step by step instructions, pictures and what days you should do the exercises.  The writing is clear and concise. The explanations, attached references and pictures leave you with a full understanding of how this will help you achieve a shoulder that is resistant to pain and injury. I highly recommend it!
