This book and song were released about the time my first granddaughter was born. I presented both the CD and the book to my son on Father's Day - a perfect gift, since he frequently bestowed "butterfly kisses" on his new daughter. I am disappointed that the beautiful and impressive copy of the book that I gave him no longer seems to be available. In my opinion, this story does not belong in the "Little Golden Book Series", but should be published in a sturdy hardcover that is of a "keepsake" quality.

My daughter and her father danced to this song at her wedding. What a great gift this will be for her husband, should they have a daughter. A nice gift for any father to give his little girl to read at bedtime or daughter to give to her father on Father's Day. A story that can be read over and over.
