Caden
I knew she was the one the moment I laid eyes on her.
She’s everything I’ve ever wanted, and I never dreamed of finding her in my hometown. Savannah Owens seems lost and wants to find a place where she feels as if she belongs. What she doesn’t realize is she’s already found it. When I uncover a long buried secret, I know it’ll change everything Savannah and I have. Secrets never stay hidden, and once the truth about Savannah’s past is revealed, I’ll do whatever it takes to keep her and make her mine forever.

Savannah
All I’ve ever wanted was to find a place where I belong.
A place that I actually fit in and don’t feel like an outsider. When I met Caden Harlow, I thought I found my home. He’s everything I need to make my life seem almost perfect. No matter how much I try to stay away, something always pulls me back to him. But the urge to get the answers I’ve longed for, outweighs my feelings for him. I have to find the truth, if only to put an end to my insecurity of never being wanted and truly loved.

This book was was so flipping good. I loved Carter's story but Caden's won my heart big time. There is something about Caden that will have him winning you over from the beginning. It could be his big heart, it could be the sexiness that oozes from him or it could be his hilarious personality. Ah who am I kidding its all of the above. Savannah is the perfect match for Caden. She is the opposite type from all the other women who has drawn his attention but in the absolutely best way. Its not just her looks alone that has Caden addicted to Savannah, she matches him personality wise and keeps him on his toes. When these two are together it is a sure fire guarantee that you are in for an awesome book. Being with Savannah isn't going to be easy. She is dead set against being in a relationship. She is in town for one reason and that isn't love. He is going to have to convince her that they are meant to be together but mistakes get made along the way. Will forgiveness come? Will she open herself up to being with Caden? Will Savannah accomplish what she came to town for? Will it be worth it in the end? What new surprises are in store for everyone? This is a MUST read. I was hooked from the first page and couldn't put this book down. I devoured it in no time at all. If you haven't checked out a book by Brie Paisley don't worry this book can be read as a standalone and still be enjoyable but Carter's book was good as well. I highly recommend this book!!

Caden is witty, fun, and emotional. While there are some truly heartbreaking moments, the banter between the Harlow siblings keeps things light and fun. While this is part of a series, it worked well as a standalone. Except, now that I've read about this fun family, I feel the need to go back and read Carter's story. It is a bit lengthy, but the story held my interest throughout.
