Great book. I have removed caffeine from my normal diet and have seen great results. Thanks for this book!
This is one of the most enlightening books i have ever read. If you drink caffeine this is a must read. I only wish i would have read this book years ago. The hidden health issues with caffeine are many and i could relate to so many listed in this book. Highly recommended.
