History with fictional characters added brings dry history alive. Makes a memoral story.

I enjoyed this book, as well as other in this series and the Brotherhood of War. Being that I served in military I could relate with the various plots and could identify with some of things the characters went through. I also liked that Mr. Griffin took time to explain certain things and set the atmosphere for the reader.
