Living in such a stressful world it is not very easy to manage the rigors of modern life, so it has been found that panic attacks and anxiety is on the rise. Now there are a large number of people who will find this book to be much more than a helpful guide, for many it will be considered a life saver. The author has  to be commended for creating such a beautifully written book of such great importance.  It teaches readers how their Panic attack or Anxiety all begins and gives them an over view of how to manage it all. A wonderful read we will all find helpful.

As a panic attack sufferer, I had hoped this book would provide useful advice to help me address my anxiety attacks. Unfortunately, it did not help at all. Even if I could look past the numerous grammatical errors, the book's content lacked detail and any empirical basis for the author's assertions. No research study was cited to support his theories (there is plenty of research in this area), nor did he provide sufficient detail as to why or how the suggested techniques would be useful. Overall, I was extremely disappointed.

Good stress-relief tips.  Stress is not just annoying, its a major health problem.  Unfortunately you just can't take a pill to make it go away.  This book gives you lots of good tips that promote relaxation and an overall feeling of well-being.  Its a simple way to learn how to change your attitude for the better and be a happier person in the long run.

Lots of sound, proven advice is included in this book that should help the reader manage stress.  There are an untold number of titles to be found on the subject but this may be the easiest, most efficient version of them all.  From meditation to changing your outlook to even nutrition advice, all aspects are covered.
