Miranda Stone believes in second chances. After being wrongly fired from her executive job as an advertising manager, Randa decides to take this time to enjoy life and do all those things she didn’t do in her old life. Like getting a dog, and spending time with her young niece and nephew. Randa takes a job as an assistant to the new director of marketing. She’s ready for the challenge of an easier lifestyle. Justin Brewster relocates to Fort Worth, Texas hoping to exercise the demons of a failed 15-year marriage by taking an executive position at Sloane, Hart, and Lagrone. His plan is working until he meets his new assistant, who seems more capable of doing his job than he is. Still he can’t deny her beauty, and sex appeal.
