About the Author

Susan E. Morton is the author of the Middle School Horror Club books for tweens, and the forthcoming Vampire Journeys serial for teens and adults. She is active in the local San Diego horror community, where she serves as a celebrity judge for the FANtastic Horror Film Festival.

Susan is also active in the writing community, serving as moderator of two of the Art of the Arcane multi-author promotional Facebook groups, the group for horror writers and the group for children's and middle grade writers. She also is moderator and co-founder of the Self-Published Middle Grade Writers Facebook group.

A former educator and journalist with degrees from California University of Pennsylvania, Salem International University, and West Virginia University, she specializes in writing books with a bite.
