Analytically inviting a reader to look at oneself by offering a guide to step back and see where he/she is in terms of healing or pre-healing stage. This book will help you to see where you are hurting & how you are hurting & why you are hurting the way you are. Because this book helps you to clearly see your weakness(due to past hurts), it leads you step up & find ways to improve relationships. This book will give you the courage to drop the past & give you the desire to "want to change"
