Overview

Eagle is the VP of Rolling Thunder, an Australian Motorcycle Club based in the Mekong Delta in Vietnam. At Eagle's suggestion, the club has recently acquired the Forest Breeze, a BDSM club in Saigon. While going about his business in the Delta, he spies a luscious young woman at a local market who is definitely out of place, and he engineers an encounter with her. He's later able to discover that she's Rachel Hamilton.

What he doesn't anticipate is that Rachel will soon arrive at Rolling Thunder's compound in a disastrous case of mistaken capture. Nor does he anticipate that she seems to be in a kind of trouble even she doesn't know she's in. Which means she's better off with Rolling Thunder for the moment than she is on her own in town.

Suddenly aware of dangers to his brothers and, perhaps, even to a heart he didn't know he had, Eagle has to keep his club rolling smooth and his feelings for Rachel in check. All the while keeping everyone safe while he figures out who the bad guys are.

And, for her part, nice girl Rachel isn't going to seriously fall for a sexy biker boy, is she?

About the Author

Love, language, adventure … out of the ordinary. Julie Tetel Andresen has written over 30 romances, bringing love stories to life in all time periods. She is Professor of Linguistics at Duke University. And she has traveled the world from Brazil to Burma and lived for extended periods in France, Germany, and Vietnam. She spends summers in Romania.

Before moving to publish exclusively on the Amazon Kindle library, Julie was published by Fawcett Crest, Warner Books, and Harlequin. Her novels cross many sub-genres of romance, including mystery, paranormal, contemporary, BDSM, motorcycle club, and historical fiction.

As a child, Julie had a passion for playing the piano, and transferred that passion as an adult into writing romance novels and scholarly books about language. For Julie, writing essays in foreign languages is like playing scales and arpeggios as a warm-up exercise for writing in English.

Julie also draws inspiration from practicing yoga on a regular basis. Learning new grammatical forms is similar to trying new mental asanas: can she get her leg behind her head in Romanian or get into full lotus in Vietnamese? No? Well, then, how about triangle pose or half-lotus?
