Caramel's eponymous debut album is an enjoyable blast of tuneful, speedy pop-punk. Although they sound fairly similar to many of their contemporaries, they have a good sense of humor, exuberance, and an ability to turn out memorable hooks on occasion, all of which is enough to make Caramel a promising debut.
