I have the original Carb Lovers Diet Book and lost 12 pounds in just 3 weeks using their diet plan. So when they came out with this new Cook Book, I was thrilled! More tasty, filling and easy recipies that you can actually lose weight on, with the added benefit of squashing that never ending carb craving. I've tried a lot of diets, but this is one that easily fits into my regular life. My children even like the food so I'm not preparing two different dishes for each meal. Score!
