This is a book about how to draw the retro cartoons. I was a bit disappointed because I thought it would include more than it did. Nonetheless, it is a good buy and will teach you how to draw a few characters.

I was looking for something specific for drawing for younger kids. I found this book fun, easy and pertinent and have several people who would love to get it as a gift for thier home library. What's more it works for any age.

I got this book because my 8 year old twin grandaughter is a great little artist. She has been coloring inside the lines since she was 3. I thought I would try and arouse her curiosity about being a artist. She has gone wild, drawing all types of cartoon characters, retro drawings, its great. Although she's 8 and very smart this book will last her along time, when she doesn't understand what the words really mean, there are these great diagrams, step by step, it's great. GRANDMA
