If its not broke dont fix it. That was Cashs motto in life, and his life was perfect. He was living the life of the lieutenant of The Last Riders, and had women at his beck and call. The only thing he saw himself settling down with in the future was a twelve pack; certainly not Rachel Porter, who was on his short no fuck list. Hell, she wasnt even his typeher tits were too small, and her mean mouth could shrivel a mans dick. How was he supposed to know she was special and worth putting up with those weed-producing hillbillies? Or was she?

Rachel had lived her whole life watching Cash break one womans heart after another. He was everything she shouldnt want; a bad boy biker with enough sex appeal to make any woman want a night in his bed. Even her. Heck, he wasnt even her typehe didnt know when to keep his mouth shut, and he lived in a sex club. How was she supposed to know that he was special and worth putting up with the biker wars and biker bitches? Or was he?

Cash is not a man to settle down with one woman. He likes lots of women and he has no trouble getting women. He never really noticed Rachel as he and her brothers never got along. She is young, mouthy and not his type. Or so he thought. Rachel is smart and loves helping people. She doesn't ask people for anything in return. She wants to help her brothers get their lives straightened out. Only one man has every caught her eye and that is Cash. He is the one man she should stay away from but she can't deny she wans him. She just doesn't know if she can get over his wild ways or that he could ever settle down with anyone. se is afraid to give it a try and he doesn't know how to show her how he feels. Cash is rough, tough and sexy as all get out. He has a mouth on him and doesn't know when to keep it shut it seems. He doesn't give up and will do all he can to show Rachel he cares even try to get along with her brothers. Rachel is very smart, caring and has some self confidence issues. She worries she isn't like the perfect woman and thinks she will never be good enough. At times she can be to stubborn and needs to use her smarts. She is afraid to tell Cash she cares. I love Cash! He knows who he is and isn't afraid to let people know it. He will do anything to show Rachel he has changed and still he tries to show her the world he lives in. He has a smart mouth that I love and seeing how he always says what he wants I love. Yes he embarrasses Rachel a lo but he has his reasons. I have to say I liked Rachel but I didn't love her. She seems to run hot and cold with Cash and I don't know how he didn't give up on her. There is lots of hotness between them and I love when she finally lets go and opens up about her wants. Cash is an awesome guy in that area. There is also danger in this book as someone is trying to move into the town and do bad things. Cash and the other bikers have to stop them. I have to say I love these guys more and more each time I read a story about them. If you want a hot read with some men who may be rough around the edges and very protective try these.

I loved this series!!  I have just finished this one and I read them in the ordered that is recommended.  They are stand alone books, however there is so much you know by reading them in order.. even the VIP Series. Cash and Rachel were interesting, she seemed to m the 1 that held out the longest to give in.  I always hate that the females give in so fast to the I sorry and you are the one...blah.. blah.    What he did to her was pretty heart breaking, so I am glad she had back bone.   I do  like that once she went back to Cash that she embraced the clubhouse 'FRIDAY NIGHTS' more than the other girls did.    I am now about to read the new series with ICE -  we'll see how that goes.

As a fan of stories featuring MCs I'm surprised I've never read one of The Last Riders books before, but now that I have I'll definitely be reading the previous installments too. The world of MCs is dark, gritty, and highly sexualized with most everyone's moral compass slightly bent. Ms. Begley's series is all that as well as full of twists and turns with multiple storylines being juggled. Into this dark world is a ray of sunshine named Rachel whose goodness makes her immensely likable and makes for a memorable journey to naughtyvile courtesy of Cash. Surrounded by a colorful collection of friends and enemies their journey to HEA is made even more complex as her brothers despise Cash and the majority of Cash's friends aren't good examples of being faithful. Despite it all this is an entertaining and erotically charged story with a HEA, though Cash is far from a Prince Charming at times throughout the story. Rachel is the true bright spot in this tale as she's a good and loyal friend and sister who's made something of herself all on her own. She's talented in the study of plants and has a mystical ability to sense and tranfer energy. She uses her gift out of love never taking money which again shows her kindhearted nature. She's had to forge this path in secret as her brothers stifle her in the name of love. She too loves them though she's tired of them running her life and as the story progresses we see her breaking free in subtle and not so subtle ways, particularly as she and Cash get closer. Rachel has loved Cash since they were young but he never noticed her until now. With a feud going on between her brothers and Cash over women it will make a relationship difficult but she sees something in him worth fighting for, despite his occasional stupidity when it comes to words and deeds. Rachel never found a man worth giving up her virginity for but once she decides that Cash is the one she turns into a sexual wildcat participating in all sorts of sex acts which tarnished their connection for me. A relationship that could've been about love was now about sex. Despite this I adored Rachel and found her easy to relate to with her body image issues and her desire to be seen as a woman instead of everyone's friend/kid sister. She wanted to break that mold, and oh my did she ever! Cash is the kind of character you can't help but be drawn to though you know you shouldn't. He's an unrepentent horndog who treats women like Kleenex, throwing them away after finishing up with them. He's always been aware of Rachel but her curves now have him obsessed with her and wanting to claim her. He's an aggressive guy when it comes to sex and can easily charm the panties off any woman and despite knowing better Rachel is no different. Though their sexual chemistry is intense I felt that's all that mattered to him early on as he didn't change his bad boy ways. He hurt her with certain acts and deeds and each time Rachel forgave him because that's the kindhearted way she is, but it still aggravated me. It's not until late in the story that he becomes truly worthy of her. Despite my frustrations with him I still loved him and his naughty talk was subtle and sly. He oozed sex appeal and it fully caught me in his web. Needless to say this story is full of sex with sexual encounters both varied and intense. This sometimes overtook the story but fans of MCs will still want to give this series a ride.

Another great book by the insanely talented author that is Jamie Begley. I have always loved the Last Rider Series. I knew Cash was going to be something special. I was not disappointed! Cash doesn't think that he wants a woman like Rachel, but his heart knows different. The road he takes to get to Rachel is infuriating at times, but he finally works it out. Rachel is sweet and innocent, yet she has all these secrets and feelings that are just waiting to come out. The story is warm and enveloping. It brings on the feeling of revisiting old friends. Every book just keeps getting better and better. I can't wait to read more and as always I will be in a state of anticipation until news is announced of the next release date.  ~Shauna~

I really like this series of books. Cash and Rachel's story was so good. They were perfect for each other beause they both have so many issues. I love that this series all tie into each other and each character is unique unto themselves. I liked the storyline of this story a lot. I can't wait for the next book in the series.

I love this series! Cash and Rachel's story was just as great as the others. A lot of comedy in this book thanks to Rachel's stubbornness and Cash's learning to handle it. Steamy sex scenes. I didn't think anything could top the Viper/Winter bedroom scene, but there a couple of scenes in this book that had me fanning myself. Job well done Ms. Begley. I cannot wait for the next one. Dean and Willa perhaps?

Jamie Begley once again delivers a remarkable story in her newest book Cash's Fight.  This is the fifth book in The Last Riders series.  There are new character introduced as well as the threads of previous ones continued.  This is Cash and Rachel's story, but it delivers insight into the lives of everyone we have come to know and love. The saying, “you can never go back home” haunted Cash until the day his MC purchased land for their club and it allowed him to return.  The trauma of his early years while living in the small town of Treepoint had left scars on his soul and an ache in his heart.  Cash is a member of the Last Riders MC and considered one of the best trackers around.  He is acting as a liaison between his club and the Destructors a MC from a nearby town.  The word is out that a new club is trying to move in on the Destructors and take over turf in Jamestown.  Cash has been asked to investigate and find out all he can about what is going on because this new club is rumored to be large enough to cause problems for both the Destructors and the Last Riders.  When Cash runs into Rachel Porter in the woods he realizes that she has grown up and a woman now, not a young girl any more. Rachel Porter had crushed on Cash Adams as long as she could remember and looked on him as a knight in shining armor. A relationship between an Adams and a Porter was never going to happen; her brothers would kill Cash first.  It already felt like the Hatfields and the McCoy’s whenever the two families crossed paths so there was not a chance for anything between them. Even though she longs for Cash, she can never be one of his whores or be a part of his MC life.  She wants a home, a family and a faithful husband.   Rachel is so much more than anyone knows including her family; she is presently writing her dissertation for her doctorate; has the ability to heal others and an affinity with plants and their uses as natural medicinal remedies.  She is the person that puts others before herself, solves problems for other and tries to take care of everyone. Things really begin to change for the inhabitants of Treepoint when a new MC called the Freedom Riders comes sniffing around the area. Cash is beside himself when three of them approach Rachel at the dinner and get real friendly.  Rachel belongs to him, even if she doesn’t know it yet.  When Cash is in a life threatening accident, Rachel uses her healing ability to bring him back from the point of death.  Will this be the turning point in their relationship?  Can they overcome her family’s prejudices?  Will Rachel accept his lifestyle?   Hero –Cash Adams: 5 stars Heroine –Rachel Porter: 5 stars Steam: 5 stars  Plot: 5 stars  Cliffhanger: No Would I recommend this book: Yes! This book is Jamie Begley at her best! It is filled with action, mystery, hot sex and believe it or not a happily ever after!  When I received this book I could not put it down until I finished the last page…it was that good! Would I read other books by this author: Yes! The author once again has out done herself with another book in The Last Riders series.  My only problem is that I don’t have the next one to read right now!

I LOVE this series and i can stress enough how much i LOVE it. Im truly going to be bummed when ive read the last book in the series. Each book connects with the old characters, gives hints at what might happen with future characters, and makes you fall in love with the current characters story. A biker series at its best, with just the right amount of action, and hot love scenes. Im not a multi partner fan, most books i stumble upon that have it in there i either cringe through and keep reading because im stubborn and bought the book so ill read it, or ive occassionally just quit as its just not my thing. This series is definitely unique in the way that its handled, props to the author, i wouldnt want ANYTHING changed, i never cringed and almost look forward everytime to how it will be written in and handled, i cant wait to continue reading the next one.
