Just received this book in the mail and I am so excited!! Cassey has built such an amazing brand and you can truly care that she put so much time and thought into this book. Every single page breathes the Blogilates brand and energy and all the photos are so beautiful. I've never seen such a gorgeous fitness book. I've just started reading Cassey's personal posts but they are exactly what make Cassey great. She is able to connect with the reader and share intimate feelings in a very special way and I am very thankful to her for that. Thank you Cassey and amazing job!

WOW. I've been a fan of Cassey's for over 3 years now and have lost over 50 lbs using her calendars and videos online. When I opened the book, I was so excited to see the beautiful colors, photos, and I literally could feel HOW MUCH HARD WORK Cassey put into making this book for her fans! The recipes look so yummy and easy to do. I want to try the fig pizza right now. The workouts are GORGEOUS. I've never seen a fitness book laid out the way that this one is laid out. It is so pretty. So happy I got the paperback version. Already I've read Cassey's personal essays and they almost made me cry. Everything about this book is perfect. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to find an effective and fun way of living a healthy lifestyle.

It would have been nice to know that I can not use this book via the iOS app BEFORE I bought it! Besides that little glitch, the book itself is very useful. NO GYM MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED!

Now that I have lost an incredible 22 pounds of stubborn fat using the hungry chick dieting solution, a book I heard about in another review here on Barnes and Noble, I am ready to do what I have to do to keep it off. You see I didn't just gain the freshman 15, I got the grad school plus 20 thanks to late night binges while studying. Even though I just got this book and haven't done more than skimmed it, I won't lie, this book is gorgeous and very inspiring. I know I am psyched to get started after this snowy winter. I wish everybody luck in getting that beach body ready in time for the summer. I am ready with this book and a couple of the videos I also ordered. Are you?

It's basically split up into 4 sections for each season of the year: Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer. Each with its own set of workouts, recipes, meal plans and the best part of all: inspirational Notes from Cassey. These made the whole book worth it. She goes into depth on her own struggles, personal demons and how she's overcome them. If anything, get the book for those. She's super relatable, down to earth and a great fitness coach in a book. Not only is Cassey a health and fitness instructor, she is a friend...a POPster, and an inspiration for all. She provides wonderful workouts that just keep you coming back to see her. This book keeps her fun personality speaking with you an every page turn!

Just received this book and I am overjoyed. I have been desperately waiting for it ever since I first ordered it on 30 January. I cannot wait to start reading it and take in the positivity Cassey has worked so hard to spread. Cassey is an amazing instructor who has dedicated so much of her time to her Popsters and we are so happy for her. LIFE CHANGING!! I have beeen following Cassey and Blogilates for years now and she has completely transformed not only my body, but my mindset on the entire process and journey of weight loss and self love. This book is gold  and easy to follow, has some of the most delicious recipies you could ever ever imagine AND it is so beautiful to look at. I've read it at least 10 times since purchasing it (lucky enough to have it signed by Cassey herself!!). THIS BOOK IS REVOLUTIONARY!! Cassey has broken through all fitness barriors to bring the world a beautiful, informative, user-friendly FITNESS BIBLE. It's so amazing to see how far Cassey has come and she truly has delievered nothing but the best for her POPsters all around the world!! I recommend this book to anyone and everyone. Truly life changing & undescribibly beautiful.

 After following Cassey's workouts for about a year now, I am thrilled to see her coming out with a book. One thing that I love about Cassey is that she's not all about body building and having six packs, but rather how to adore your body for what it is. She helps you focus on improving yourself and building your endurance, muscles, self-esteem, etc, but still keeps the healthy balance of treating yourself to the temptations of desserts and other 'unhealthy foods'. From doing her videos, she keeps you encouraged with her infectious positivity and bubbly personality. She makes me look forward to working out with her all week long.  Along with giving fitness advice, Cassey also gives personal advice in journal entries throughout the book. She talks about being discouraged, unmotivated, and how to pursue your dreams on and off the yoga mat.  With dynamic exercises that she even leaves a little description on how to do, personal journal entries to keep your inspired all year long, and delicious recipes that will have your mouth watering, getting the POP Pilates Bible is in your best interest!

I am so tired of people who are already thin and have been so for years how we should get in shape. This book is not for me. I can't afford a personal trainer. You will need one to do what this book describes.
