About the Author
Avner Laskin is an experienced chef and author who has written cookbooks on everything from ice cream and chocolate to tomatoes and chickpeas. He studied at the prestigious Cordon Bleu Academy in Paris, where he received the Grand Diplôme de Cuisine and Pâtisserie. Laskin later specialized in traditional breads under the world-renowned Jean-Louis Clément at the Lenôtre School in Paris.
