CPS and CAP Examinations

The format used in Parts 1, 2, and 3 (Office Systems and Technology, 5E; Office Administration, 5E; and Management, 5E) of the CPS and CAP Examination Review Series is an outline format with multiple-choice review questions. The format used in Part 4, Advanced Organizational Management for the CAP Examination Review, is slightly different based on the scenario-oriented nature of Part 4 of the CAP Examination.
