About the Author

Barbara Kenton, FCIPD, MSc is a Freelance HR Consultant and Director of WHooSH, Whole Systems Health. She is an experienced consultant, mediator, facilitator, coach and trainer with over 25 years' experience as a manager and development specialist working with individuals, teams and organisations in the UK and internationally.

An independent facilitator, consultant and writer since 2004, Suzanne’s key areas of expertise include leadership development, group facilitation and team coaching, people management skills development, organizational culture, strategic HR and creativity and innovation. She was previously Assistant Director at Roffey Park Institute, focusing on senior and middle management development and HR and OD consultancy. Prior to that she was MBA Course Director at Roffey Park and is a lead tutor on their MSc in People and Organization Development Programme.
