The truth is we all have certain behaviors and attitudes in our lives we all need to change but it's not as easy as it sound. I certainly am no exception when it comes to needing change but thanks to this wonderful book I now have more control over the process of changing. This fascinating guide has certainly done what is promised and I do thanks the author for creating this beautiful guide for myself and other people so we can change our lives for the better.

Lots of self-help books do nothing but try to brainwash you into thinking you're some perfect, super person who doesn't ever make a mistake... while it's good to have confidence you also have to be realistic too.  This book gives good advice on how to accentuate your strengths, be responsible and get into a good frame of mind to improve upon your weaknesses.

Instead of painting an unrealistic rosy picture of yourself, this book encourages you to be real and embrace all the good and bad parts of your personality.  Only by first admitting and accepting your shortcomings can you then make improvements on them.  The book gives lots of helpful tips toward developing the right attitude that leads to lasting self-improvement.
