I picked up this book and finished it front to back in a week. I was Immediately intrigued. Being in the industry for 17 years now, it really spoke to me. Reading about the chefs who defined the culinary culture we live in today, and have risen from nothing. Reliving similar scenarios and giving a perspective into the culinary world. Such a great read for those looking to get into the industry. Highly recommend!
