About the Author

Author for Blushing Books. I write both contemporary erotica and historical spanking romances. I enjoy writing about characters that enjoy the provocative D/S lifestyle of today’s times as well as taking a step back into the past to write stories that take place in the Victorian era with age-play as a theme.

I live in the great Lone Star state with my wonderful husband. I have always loved reading. Growing up in a family with four children, it was difficult finding a place to be alone. I was probably one of the squeakiest clean girls on the planet as I would spend hours in the tub so I could read without being bothered. It wasn’t long before I began to make up my own endings to the books I was reading. From there, it just seemed natural to begin writing my own stories.

I never try to restrict myself to any one genre because there are just too many delicious possibilities out there and inside my head. I admit to being somewhat of a romantic though as my stories always must have a great deal of love, passion, corporal discipline and, of course, great, mind-blowing sex. I want my readers to be able to see, hear, feel and know the characters that I’m creating as well as I do when I bring them to life and transfer their stories to paper. I want my women to be strong of character but also strong enough to know that submission given in love and trust to your partner does not make you weaker, it makes you far stronger. I want my men to be sexy, strong, demanding alpha males who know how to take what they want while acknowledging it is a gift they have been blessed with by the women that have chosen to submit to them. I want there to be no doubt that they truly would die for the other no matter how others might view their relationship.

I adored this book! What a great story! My heart hurt for Charlotte but by the end I was cheering her on! She had some spunk when she came into her own and Clay hit the jackpot when he rescued her. Loved everything about it and this is one I will read again!

The book was very very sweet. Charlotte was virtually homeless then Clayton stumbled upon her. He took her home and quickly discovered that he needed her. He behaved like a perfect gentleman and gave her a home with him a job and loving discipline. Their relationship was a very loving one, even before they expressed their feelings to each other.

HE IS HER SIR LANCELOT, SHE BECAME HIS GUINEVERE This is the second book in the Lessons in Submission series and does not disappoint. It is nice to see several people from the first book and to go back to Miss Summer’s school. This is a beautiful Victorian age-play with a wonderful cast of characters, entertaining dialog, just the right amount of angst, discipline and ends with a wonderful HEA scenario. Lord Clayton Corsair has watched his dearest of friends and family all find their special relationships and marriages and questions whether he will ever find that special little one to be his wife someday. But one night and fate, rescuing a damsel in distress, turns out to be her saving him. Charlotte Caulfield is a very talented 19-year old who can play the piano and sing beautifully. Jealousy of a stage diva puts her in danger and fear until she is rescued by her knight in shining armor. Nothing is better than being awake and realizing your dreams do come true. I look forward to more stories in this exciting erotic series.

This is the second book about Miss Summers's school. Clayton is looking for a little girl. All of his friends have wives or fiancée's of their own. When he goes to the theatre, he meets Charlotte. Charlotte has been kicked out of her theatre group. Clayton finds her, traumatized. He loses her, but then she comes back to his house to return his coat. She is sick and he has her put to bed. He gradually convinces her that he cares for her and wants her in his home. He nicknames her Cherry after he spanks her for the first time. He finds out that she is a gifted pianist and vocalist. Clayton falls more in love her and he wants her as his little girl and his wife. But, he wants her to want it as well. To introduce her to the lifestyle, he arranges for her to be the music teacher at Miss Summers's school. Cherry is intrigued. I loved this next book in this series. It is somewhat different in that Clayton wants Cherry whether she chooses to be his little or not. We also get to see what is going on with other young ladies we have met in previous stories. We also have more of an idea how this lifestyle works in real life. I give this 5 stars!

Charlotte and Clayton - She reaches a special place in Clayton's heart almost from the beginning. But in trying to give her choices so she doesn't feel pressured he almost creates the opposite effect. Because he isn't communicating her feelings it feeds her fears and insecurities. But she slowly learns her worth and I loved all the little special things he does for her and how his friends also reach out to show their care for Charlotte. Finally, he realizes he can move forward and declare his feelings so they can move forward and assure that both of them have the very best in life.
