If your family is visiting from outside Illinois or rarely is able to come to Chicago, this is a good book to summarize the highlights of the city before the visit. We think it would most benefit visitors in the middle school or teen age groups. Because the information given is limited, it likely wouldn't be useful as your only "guide book."
