Overview

Edgy, funny, angry, and beautiful, the collected poems by M.D. Poole put a personal thumb print on human experience. Poole's poems shift from pentameter to word play, from haiku to rap lyrics, dancing in language and image, to convey a mix of messages from the body and mind, and from mother nature too. The rhythms in CHILDREN OF EVE delight poetry lovers and seduce those who have never before been attracted to poetry. Poole proves herself as a word magician.
