Overview

Cheryl Rainesford takes a wild train ride ...

An editor isn't all she appears to be ...

A predicted snowstorm gives a drug dealer a golden opportunity ...

Doors locked? Windowshades drawn?

Step into a realm where all things are possible. It is the realm where the dark side in all of us resides.

The part of us that wants to believe in ghosts and goblins, monsters and little green men.

So go ahead. Lock your doors. Pull your windowshades tight. Snuggle beneath your favorite warm blanket.

It won't keep out the chills.

Six short stories and seven poems derived from a deranged mind, should give anyone plenty to think about.

Pen is a native Georgian, born and raised in the Atlanta area. She was bitten by the writing bug at the tender age of ten. An entire realm of writing was opened up to her recently when she read several books by veteran author, Dean Koontz. With the discovery of self-publshing, Pen has embarked on yet another life-journey that is exciting, invigorating and full of surprises. She has written and published three novels in the science fiction genre in the past year, with more to come. Pen still lives in the Atlanta area where she is staff to two felines.
