A fun approach to language learning, this resource is designed like a storybook rather than a textbook. Offering a bright and stimulating introduction to Chinese (simplified characters and pinyin), this guide covers a range of topics such as family and friends, school, toys, games, numbers, and colors. Along the way young learners will find quizzes to test their progress, a character practice section, and a handy wordlist for quick and easy reference. In addition, support is offered to help teachers and parents understand and master the basics of effective language learning.
