This book broke my heart. To say I took and emotional roller coaster ride isn't enough to describe what this book did to me. I have loved the Mitchell family since day one and enjoyed experiencing the life of Christian from birth to a wonderful young woman. I read this book in one sitting because I could not put it down. This is a must must read. Loved it!

Amazing story!!  I couldn't put it down. I knew before i started reading it i would probably need tissues and i was right.  I love every single book that Jennifer Foor writes But when it comes to the MItchell/Healy Family I can't get enough. 5 Stars for this book and i can't wait until the next one.

I am a huge fan of The Mitchell/Healy Family series.  I started this book and finished it in the same night there was no putting it down.  Christian was different on so many levels, Jennifer took a very hard subject not only to read but to write and killed it.  While I don’t love reading on this topic for many personal reasons I have to say I couldn't put the book down, I just had to keep reading. I found myself on one of the biggest emotional roller coaster ever.  But when it comes down to it Christian’s family is awesome and all rally around her with love and support and get her through her rough times.  Learning words are only spoken but actions are from the heart, can Christian move on and find love or is everything to much to get over.  This is a must read book, just know there are some parts that are more graphic than we are used to in The Mitchell/Healy books and they have to do with sexual assault but they aren't so graphic you can’t move on, because I promise you will be moving on and wanting to know what happens next.

Christian and her struggles moved me to tears.  I felt an unexpected connection with Christian. Ever since I have read Noah and Isabella, her character is what I have always been waiting for. Her conservatism had intrigued me. I love everything about this book! Every reader can really connect to Christian whether or not we go through what she has gone. Ethan's support has been very strong although there were a lot of rocky roads that he has gone in confessing his true feelings for Christian. In the end, I really admire Jennifer Foor for not disappointing me in my most favorite book of hers, and my most favorite set of characters too. The cover is so perfect for Christian and the contents of the book is a real treasure.
