This is a happy holiday tale from the New York Times bestselling author of Christmas at the Cupcake Cafe and Little Beach Street Bakery. It’s a snowy Christmas in England. Rosie Hopkins runs a sweetshop filled with candy canes, chocolates and children. She is eagerly awaiting the arrival of her family from Australia. Her family arrives and they stay at her boyfriend Stephens house. A tragedy strikes at the local school and her boyfriend Stephen is a teacher there. Lillian is a lady they know who lives at the local nursing home. She meets back up with her long-time boyfriend Henry. This was a pretty fast read and very enjoyable. At the end of the book there are some sweets recipes for things such as cheese cake, toffee and fudge. #books #blog #christmas #jennycolgan

I really enjoyed this book. You'll want to get to know the characters, and you'd love to live in the town! Follow up to Rosie Hopkins' Sweetshop of Dreams. Read the first book to really get to know the characters, and then move on to this Christmas installment.
