About the Author

First of all, Alathea Wright is a pseudonym. My true name is rather difficult to say for those who don’t know what they’re doing, and instead of having to explain how exactly to pronounce it, I decided to use a nom de plume.

Anyway...

You know how an author’s bio – whether on the back cover of a book or on their website – always begins with “she lives in [fill in the blank] with a devoted husband, three adorable sons, two dogs and a cat...”?

Well, mine doesn’t.

I’m happily (depends on the day of the month) single, living my life to the fullest. I love to write and read (not exactly in that order), travel, going to the movies, listen to music, and catch my favorite shows on TV.

I’ve been addicted to books since my childhood, when my mother read me fairy-tales, even before I was born. Having developed such a big love for literature, I devoured the “kiddy” half of my town’s library when I was still in the fourth grade. So I moved onto the “grown-up” section. There my love for adventure and mystery literature began, reading Agatha Christie and Edgar Wallace.

It was only in high-school when I discovered the so-called chick lit (historical romances) when I bought my first Amanda Quick book…And I was hooked, soon moving onto the contemporary and (my favorite) paranormal romances.

A firm believer in love that lasts forever – even if it’s only in the movies or on the pages of books – a soul-mate for each of us, and happily ever after, I strive to put as much emotion and passion into the characters I create as possible, trying to make them live on their own, hoping they might transmit something of mine (and theirs) to the reader.

Should have listened to other reviews. It's a good thing it was free. Didn't even want to give it a star. No real story just a quick read of a 25 yr old virgin losing her virginity on christmas eve. And thst was even boring. You would think that her experienced lover would have given this short more excitement. Don't waste 30 minutes of your time reading it. If i could i'd give it zero stars.

Too short for me, was over before I could really get into it, but entertaining for the time it took to read.

This is a sex book. Granted, it was not the worst i've read, but i feel anyone looking for an innocent story should know what they're getting into with this. The summary wasn't very clear about that

Short and steamy. Good read if you have a half hour to kill.

It would have gotten 5 stars if he wasn't with other women while he waited for her. I normally hate short stories but this one was good. I was actually satisfied with the length. I only wished it had some small details. Like how old was the main guy. Why they're roommates, how long they've been roommates, and if his practice is very successful. Overall I liked it.

Very amateurish

Each page advanced 3 pages so this was really less than 20 pages. Other than putting a star on the tree, this book has little to do with Christmas, more to do with losing virginity. I hope I didn't pay for this one, not worth much

This could have been a good story, but the language and the sex parts are absolutely not necessary to tell an excellent story. I stopped reading after only a few pages. Deleted!
