The original G.i. Joe series was first published by marvel comics in 1982. I have been waiting that long to read this series. The presented volume has 10 issues of the Marvel comics version of G.I. Joe. In 1982 the comics storylines were a little bland for todays gripping storylines, but to a wied-eyed 8 year old they were priceless. This volume is worth every penny to a true Joe fan. If you are just looking to get into the Joe mythos I suggest you start with volume 1.
