Hi, I'm Emily MacLeod. I grew up in the suburbs near Vancouver BC. Growing up I was very shy, quiet, and kept to myself. My most favorite hobby was reading. I would often be sitting in the hallway during lunch hour reading a book by my locker while the other children were playing, socializing, and horsing around. I always felt more comfortable lost in a book.
Over the years, my passion for reading and learning enabled me to acquire knowledge in health and wellness. Much of what I learned I applied to my own life and saw wonderful results. I also found that my knowledge often spilled over into other people's lives and helped them as well.
