Looking for love is only for the brave of heart…
The second book in the Love & Other Brave Acts series picks up some two years after Diane Lee’s devastating break-up with the Italian. Keen to explore dating and new relationships, she finds that the new dating rules favour quick and dirty hook-ups over romance and intimacy.
Is single is the new fabulous?
Armed with the knowledge that her choice of men has everything to do with her toxic childhood, Diane bravely embarks on a journey of self-discovery that culminates in the realisation that love may not ever find her again…
Why you’ll love this book..
Adapted from The Diane Lee Project, readers will find this collection of essays honest, brave and compelling.
Every woman who has battled to understand the new dating rules—and ached at the futility of looking for love—will recognise herself in Diane’s quest.
About the Author
Diane Lee is the author of the Love & Other Stuff series and Queen Bee at Delicious Publishing. A former English teacher, she now works part-time in corporate learning and development. Diane has a Master of Arts in a Communication Management and has been employed in various public relations and marketing communication roles over the years. She is grateful for this experience, because it means the business side of publishing isn’t at all scary. Her main claims to fame are serendipitously touching Benedict Cumberbatch at OzComicCon in 2014 and making Markus Zusak--author of The Book Thief--guffaw at his book signing. She lives in Adelaide, South Australia with her daughter and cat.
