Rogers also cooks to accommodate her own severe food allergies. Learning to adapt her cooking style is a never-ending education and an evolving talent. She lives in Woody Creek, Colorado and cooks in Aspen, Los Angeles, Hawaii and the Hampton's.

Cindy Rogers has been a working artist for the past 40 years, in Aspen and Los Angeles. She got her BFA in Illustration and a certificate in Bio-Medical Illustration, at Cal State Long Beach, California. She is currently working with encaustics, acrylics, oil painting and watercolors and sells her work in galleries and in Aspen during the summer months as an artist at the Aspen Saturday Market.
