WOW!!!!! Free books don't get any better than this one. 12 recipes for the health conscious person. Based on the ingredients, they sound delicious. If you're looking for something other than the run of the mill recipes, this book is for you. Each recipe also contains a link to a how-to video.
There are some good recipes here. The information isn't exactly brand new, but it's great information to be reminded of and the recipes are good
