When remodeling, this book is an invaluable resource for determining what details make a house the 'style' you wish to achieve. Whether you have an older home to renovate or a new home being built that you want to look period correct.
We have an old 1795 home that we had completly restored 19 years ago but now are ready to go back and do some upgrading. We found this book had some wonderful ideas and the book got both my husband and I thinking of some different things to do with our old home. The pictures are great!!!
